Request a refund within 30 days of the transaction.

How to request your refund

Email support@aftertake.bid with your order reference or receipt so we can locate the transaction. You can also contact our payment reseller, the Merchant of Record, through the link in your receipt.

Refunds go to the original payment method. Timing depends on the payment method and your bank. Our payment reseller is the Merchant of Record for orders and handles payment-related customer service and returns.
